Personal Training Policy

Session Duration

Personal training sessions are 60 minutes or 30 minutes in length, and will count for half of a session (not applicable on a Personal Training Introduction Purchase.

Attire

Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, comfortable pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive tennis shoes, and supportive undergarmetnts). To purchase workout clothes online, click here to check out the store.

Late Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes for 60-minute sessions and 10 minutes for 30-minute sessions. After required time, the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to call 6 hours in advance of the scheduled training session to cancel. You must receive verbal confirmation of cancellation from the trainer. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 6 hours notice, you will be charged for the full session.

Refund Policy

If you purchase a package of Personal Training sessions and cannot finish the sessions due to health issues, you are eligible for a refund for the unused sessions minus a $5 processing fee. You must provide documentation from your physician to receive this refund.

Expiration Policy

If you purchase between 1-10 sessions there will be a 180-days expiration from the date of purchase. If you purchase 11 or more sessions, sessions expire one year from the date of purchase. Free Personal Fitness Training coupons expire one year after the date of distribution. Considerations may be made by Silvia Giamanco, owner of Vai Fitness, for special circumstances

Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. We generally try to remove products that are backordered, but in the event you placed an order before the item was removed, we will be able to ship the item to you. If there are any changes to the status of the item’s availability, we will contact you immediately with information on how to proceed.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the “Login” link at the top right side of our site.

2) Click “create an account”

3) Create a username (usernames will show up on comments and reviews throughout the website), provide an email address, and create a new password.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.

Where are my training packages?

At this time we manage all training packages are not tracked through “My Account.” For information on your training sessions, please contact Silvia directly at silvia@vaifitness.com.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.​

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Most products ship 2-3 days from the time the order is placed. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Username” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping within the U.S.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes. We charge San Diego local sales tax for all orders.

I have a question on my charges.
